Delivery Information

We offer a nationwide delivery service which covers over 90% of the United Kingdom.

Schedule:

Deliveries take place weekdays, monday to friday between 7am and 6pm each day.

We currently are not able to offer times lots, but can give you a closer idea of time on the day your order will be delivered.

Deliveries can be as soon as next working day and normally no more than 3 working days depending on which of our warehouses is holding your stock and your delivery area.

Cost:

We offer a FREE delivery service for all orders over £199 excluding VAT, While orders under £199 are charged at £30 (including VAT).

Access:

All deliveries are made to the kerbside or driveway depending on access to the property and the type of delivery vehicle, Deliveries can arrive in anything from a small van all the way up to a 18-tonne articulated lorry, so please inform us of any possible access issues in the order notes section on the checkout page so we can pass this on to our transport department.

Receiving Goods:

In most cases the delivery drivers will help put your delivery into a garage, side alley or to the front doorway etc. However this is down to the delivery drivers own discretion, It is then your responsibility to get the materials inside your home, flat/apartment or business property as drivers are not insured to enter your property.

When making a large order we advise to plan ahead and arrange a second pair of hands to help you get the materials inside your property, especially if your order is for a room not on the ground floor or high rise flats etc.

Delivery Areas:

There are a small number of places in the UK where we do not deliver with our standard delivery service, If you would like to make sure you are in one of our delivery catchment areas then you can use our delivery postcode checker

Delivery is not available to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands.

Missed Deliveries:

If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products and such failure is your fault, such as no one at the delivery address to receive the materials or wrong address details entered at checkout, unfortunately there will be a re-delivery charge of £25 + Vat for arranging the re-delivery of the products which needs to be paid before material is re-dispatched, this re-delivery charge applies to any type of order which cannot be delivered.
