We offer a nationwide delivery service from Monday to Friday which covers over 90% of the United Kingdom, Where deliveries take place between 7am and 6pm each day.

Deliveries can be as soon as next working day and normally no more than 3 working days depending on the product type and delivery area.

You can choose your preferred delivery date on the checkout page, Depending on your area and where your stock is held in our UK depots we may have to change the delivery date, in which case we will contact you when processing your order to offer an alternative date which suits you.

We offer a FREE delivery service for all orders over £199 (excluding VAT), While orders under £199 incur a £30 (including VAT) charge.

There are a small number of places in the UK where we do not deliver, If you would like to make sure you are in one of our delivery catchment areas then you can use our delivery postcode search

If for any reason you would prefer to collect your flooring from any of our Uk depots we can arrange a collection date...

If your order is under £250 and you would like to collect from one of our regional depots you will need to contact us first via email or phone call, We will then give you a flooring collection code where you can enter at checkout which will remove the £30 delivery charge.

We only provide the full depot address on order completion to avoid unwanted journeys for our customers as we can only book you in for a collection slot once your flooring has been delivered to the local depot.

Due to the changes in the industry caused by COVID-19 we have altered our checkout process to avoid any inconvenience to our customers.

We now have two options on our checkout page "Pay by Card" or "Stock Check".

Paying by Card

You can use our barclays bank online payment gateway to place your order for credit/debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Meastro and more.

Stock Check

You can select the stock check option on our checkout page to send us your order without making a payment, we will then get back to you ensuring there is stock, and also provide you with the available delivery dates for your area

By using the stock checking service we can avoid any unwanted problems for yourselves and us, such as refunds which can take anything from 5 to 12 working days and you can feel safe knowing all is good to go.

We offer flooring samples so you can get to see and feel how the product in your own home or business.

On each procuct page you can add a sample of the flooring to your shopping cart and each sample has a cost of £1.50 upto 6 samples.

You can increase your sample requests to a maximum of 9 but this will incur a £1.95 delivery cost, automatically applied at checkout.

Samples usually take between 2 to 5 working days to be delivered.

Booking a Fitter

We strongly recommend only booking an installer once your flooring has been delivered, So in the unlikely event of a hiccup it can be resolved without any inconvenience.

We cannot guarantee these images colour match exactly with the product. They can only be used as general illustration purposes. If you are in any doubt we offer a sample service so you can view and feel each product in your own home.

Measurements

You can work out the quantity you require by using our flooring calculator but first you must know your room size. measure the length of the room and measure the width of the room.

Length in Metres x Width in Metres = Total Square Metres

Total Square Metres x Unit Price = Total Price

Then enter your sizes into our calculator and you will be provided with an instant price.

Note: For complex room shapes we advise using a professional or please send us a diagram via email so we can advise you.

On flooring products such as carpet tiles and vinyl tiles we have already provided you with quantities with the square meter per pack so all you need to do is select the required packs.

At the bottom of each page you will be able to see products you have viewed on our site making it easy for you to return to the products you like
