Stopgap green bag is a fast setting, low odour, protein free floor smoothing underlayment. The cured product has a high strength making it suitable in areas subject to both light and heavy-duty traffic. The protein free composition makes it suitable for use in clinical and biologically sensitive areas such as hospitals, laboratories, clean rooms etc.
Stopgap green bag is suitable for use over absorbent and non-absorbent subfloors and can be used for patch filling timber floors prior to overlaying with hardboard or plywood.
A 25kg bag of stopgap green bag powder mixed with 5.0 litres of stopgap 114 or 128 Liquid will cover approximately 5.0m² at a thickness of 3mm

Standard Mix: Add 5 litres of stopgap 114 or 128 Liquid into a mixing bucket and gradually add all the powder whilst stirring with a power whisk fitted in an electric drill until a smooth creamy lump free consistency is achieved. The material should be mixed for a minimum of 2 minutes.
Filled Mix: Add 12.5kg of STOPGAP GRADED AGGREGATE to the prepared standard mix. It is advisable to reduce the level of liquid to prevent separation of the mix.
Do not add extra liquid or water.
When mixed with stopgap 114 or stopgap 128 liquids.

1m² at a thickness of 20mm (Aggregate filled)
Note: Coverage rates will depend on the condition and
