Carpets come in two main backing types, Secondary Backing and Felt Backing. Carpets with Secondary Backing require Underlay and Gripper to be fitted correctly. However, Felt Backed carpet can be fitted either with or without the use of underlay and gripper.

Carpets, Vinyl flooring and Artificial grass you should add at least 10cm to the length and width of your net measurements to allow for cutting and rooms slightly off square
