Application Instructions

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the subfloor is clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, or any contaminants that may affect adhesion. Prime the surface if necessary.
2. Mixing: Add the required amount of Latexplan Trade powder to clean water and mix thoroughly using a low-speed mixer until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved.
3. Application: Apply the mixed compound to the prepared surface using a smooth edged trowel or spiked roller, ensuring an even and consistent thickness.
4. Finishing: Allow the applied compound to set and dry completely before proceeding with the installation of floor coverings or any further surface treatments.

• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves and eye protection, during handling and application.
• Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice if necessary.
