Great website and services but lost one star for very early delivery – the text saying they were on their way came in at 05:50 in the morning for a 06:50 delivery.
The samples gave you a good indication of how it would be and the texture of the carpet.
Carpet had been re-rolled for the most convenient way for laying the carpet.

Great tough carpet as wanted!
Easy to order, customer service was 5*. Had difficulties with delivery due to the weight and driver (sub contracted) not being correctly equipped. This was resolved with re delivery two days later.
